Position Purpose:

 

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Family Engagement & Assistance, provides a wide variety of complex and highly confidential administrative and secretarial support. In addition, completing registration processes for incoming students according to school committee policy, greeting and directing visitors with the utmost of professionalism, responding to inquiries from the public, city officials, parents, students, by providing requested information and/or referral to other parties, and providing support for central administration staff and directly assist the department Director.
